Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday night at 7pm, there is a guided meditation on the 16th Karmapa, our main meditation practice. A short introduction will be provided for all newcomers. Every first Thursday of the month, at 7pm, join us for a short talk on Diamond Way Buddhism. The lecture is followed by a guided meditation.
