In 2013 a faith-based group kicked off the idea of building a garden in the elbow bend of a short street just off Queens Boulevard, in Elmhurst. The garden was closed this year by developers, but it continues to inspire art and neighborly relations.

Update: This Summer of 2015, the garden is closed because the landowner decided to sale to a developer, and the city was unwilling to come up with the money. We will run several art pieces this month that were inspired by the garden.
