From the artist: “There are a myriad of emotions to explore artistically, all of them worthy! However, I focused on the topic of H U R T and how it can crop up in unexpected places and at unexpected times. There’s nothing wrong with being H U R T, and, in fact, experiencing H U R T allows one to then later love, accept and forgive to a degree far greater than ever expected. H U R T is a beautiful thing. Without it, one cannot grow.
